Invoices, KPiR books, and contractor records stay in the app's local store on your Mac. The KSeF token is kept securely within the native macOS Keychain, entirely separate from any Mnemaxis cloud infrastructure.

Network egress occurs exclusively when you interactively activate a feature that requires data retrieval: connecting to the KSeF API (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa) and updating exchange-rate data from the National Bank of Poland (NBP) tables.

Voice-input processing pipelines are engineered to run completely on-device. The application contains zero advertising software development kits (SDKs) and does not collect or transmit crash telemetry to third-party providers.
